The Bryant Media Center is the heart of the building. This is where all students come once a week. We practice our budding skills in using the library to find books for fun and for learning, as well as developing new awareness of different genre, authors and formats of engaging children's literature. We use technology to access stories and information, and to create and make projects that showcase our learning. When your child comes to ILT class in the media center, they have a chance to check out books. For details about book check-out procedures and rules, visit our About page, or drop me an email to ask any questions. We want book selection to be a pleasant experience, not a chore, and my goal is for students to develop their own sense of responsibility and ownership about the books they borrow. If I can make things easier for you, please let me know! | Bryant has received an infusion of iPads, Chromebooks and (soon to come) Mac Airs for students to use. I hope you will explore the Bryant Media Center web page with your child and learn with them as they begin their journey into the exciting world of new technology. |
